Job Summary:

We have an opening for a Revenue Management Analyst to join our Revenue Management team at our corporate headquarters office in Woodland Hills, California. Reporting to our Manager of Revenue Management you will be responsible for influencing and supporting the revenue management strategy through pricing, inventory control, and data analysis.

This is a hybrid position based in our Woodland Hills, CA office. You will be required to adhere to our hybrid work policy, working from our office Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday on a weekly basis.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Manage pricing and inventory to support the yield management goals in the assigned markets based on supply and demand, booking curves, standard reports, competitive landscape, market conditions, data analysis, etc.
  • Conduct quantitative analyses and create ad hoc reports and presentation decks for the senior management, including CMO, CEO, and the Board of Directors.
  • Work closely with other teams such as Marketing, Sales, Call Center, Operations, and IT to implement projects within expected deadlines.
  • Proofreading direct mailers, email campaigns, etc for accuracy in pricing, inventory, offer messaging & terms.
  • Basic knowledge of Copilot, or similar, is preferred. Willingness to learn/interact with Copilot is required.
  • High level of discipline & multitasking capacity as well as a desire to take ownership of sailings under the analyst’s supervision
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any of the following: Finance, Math, Statistics, Business Administration or other quantitative discipline
  • Previous experience with Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUPs, IFs)
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Database management skills
  • Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred. Willingness to learn SQL is required.
  • Prior experience with the travel industry and/or revenue management is a plus
