Job Summary:
Reporting to our Senior Director, Marketing Data Management, you will own and evolve our marketing data platform, ensuring customer data is connected, usable, and drives personalized marketing across channels. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology, helping turn customer data into targeted campaigns, measurable results, and better customer experiences.
This is a hybrid position based in our Woodland Hills, CA office. You will be required to adhere to our hybrid work policy, working from our office every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Job Responsibilities:
Own and deliver marketing data solutions
- Execute against the marketing data roadmap aligned to broader data and AI initiatives
- Translate business needs into clear data solutions (audiences identity resolution, consent, reporting)
- Partner with Marketing, Analytics, and Technology teams to delivery key milestones
Enable audience targeting and campaign execution
- Build and maintain data views in Databricks for audience creation, segmentation, and reporting
- Ensure data is accurate, accessible, and ready for use in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- Support campaign teams with audience definitions, segmentation logic, and personalization rules
Manage marketing technology platforms
Act as the day-to-day owner of:
- Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Databricks
- Troubleshoot issues and guide teams on best practices
- Create playbooks and examples to improve adoption and usage
Support measurement and performance insights
- Partner with analytics teams to define KPIs and attribution models
- Ensure campaign and journey data supports reporting, testing, and optimization
- Enable clear visibility into marketing performance
Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance
- Maintain data quality, timeliness, and reliability across systems
- Establish and enforce data standards (taxonomy, definitions, consent)
- Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and internal policies
Drive cross-functional execution
- Support delivery of key marketing data initiatives and programs
- Track progress, manage dependencies, and resolve blockers
- Coordinate across Marketing, IT, and external partners
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or data-focused roles.
- Hands on experience working with MarTech and data platforms (Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Data Bricks, CRM and/or CDPs).
- Strong ability to translate business and campaign needs to clear data and technical requirements.
- Proven experience partnering with analytics, engineering, and marketing execution teams.
- Working knowledge of identity resolution, segmentation, consent management, and marketing measurement frameworks.
- Organized, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

- Salary range $140,000 - $160,000 annually determined by a myriad of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, and other relevant business considerations.
