Job Summary:

Viking is seeking a highly creative, organized, and experienced Digital Producer to join our Digital Content team.  

 

Reporting to our Sr. Director of Digital Content, this role is central to our Digital Advertising development process and partners closely with our Merchandising, Creative, Copy, and Digital Media teams to develop, execute, and report on Digital Advertising initiatives. Your primary responsibility is to translate business needs into strategic campaign briefs and project manage Digital Advertising initiatives by owning communication across teams, leading cross-functional decisions regarding creative approaches and messaging, and managing timelines to ensure timely and accurate campaign executions that accomplish business goals.  

 

This position requires strong project management skills, an understanding of Digital Advertising including creative formats and best practices across display and paid social channels, attention to detail, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and the ability to multi-task. 

 

Job Responsibilities: 

  •  Leading the end-to-end campaign process across Creative, Copy, and Digital Media teams to ensure timely briefing, creative/copy development, creative review/approval, and delivery of campaign assets. 
  • Identifying and implementing improvements in the digital advertising campaign process.  
  • Managing the organization and sharing of digital advertising assets.
  • Leveraging insights from Merchandising and Research teams to translate business needs into data-driven campaign briefs focused on driving business outcomes.
  • Communicating campaign development status to cross-functional teams to keep them informed of progress, troubleshoot any potential delays, and communicate any potential timing issues.
  • Partnering with Digital Media team to develop creative level reports and form insights and recommendations to improve creative performance.
  • Partner with the Sr. Director, Digital Content to develop the Digital Advertising testing plan and manage the creation, execution, and reporting of tests.
  • Create a global digital advertising center of excellence by documenting and sharing best practices and results within the organization.
  • Partner with Creative, Copy, and Digital Media teams to define and prioritize the Digital Advertising creative roadmap to help evolve, improve, and scale Digital Advertising creative approaches. 

 

Job Requirements:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or relevant field 

Experience

  • 6+ years relevant experience in digital content production. Client-side experience preferred but not required.
  • Proven project management skills in the production of digital advertising assets  
  • Familiarity with display and paid social ad formats, platforms, and creative best practices.
  • Experience developing, managing, and reporting on creative testing programs.
  • Ability to translate business needs into creative briefs for digital campaigns.
  • Experience managing and influencing internal cross-functional teams (Creative, Media, Analytics, among others) towards achieving joint outcomes.
  • Experience briefing and providing feedback to internal and external creative teams/partners.
  • Complete fluency of presentation and spreadsheet software with a preference for Microsoft products

Location

  • This position is in our Woodland Hills, CA office under a hybrid office policy requiring in-office presence three days a week: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday.

    • Salary range $100,000-$120,000 annually determined by a myriad of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, and other relevant business considerations.
