We are currently recruiting for a Paid Social Marketing Supervisor to join the Marketing team in the Woodland Hills, CA office.

This hands-on, highly visible role in the organization is responsible for all tasks involved in the development, deployment, accuracy and performance of highly complex Paid Social marketing programs aimed at acquiring guests. This role requires an analytical mindset and a relentless drive to optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate has both brand and superior direct response Paid Social marketing experience and a solid understanding of customer acquisition tactics.  You should be very familiar with metrics like CPMs, CPC, CPA, CTR, and CLV. 


  • Help ideate, plan, measure and optimize Paid Social campaigns to meet and exceed objectives
  • Ownership of Paid Social platform activity, ensuring delivery of media to a consistently high standard, cost effective and in line with business targets
  • Continuous optimization of bid strategies and A/B testing of creative, ad unit, and landing pages to maximize conversion rates
  • Report on campaigns results through Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics & other tools
  • Evaluate and test new search vendors, tools & platforms
  • Collaborate across channels to determine the most effective role of Paid Social campaigns
  • Enforce quality assurance checklists and adherence to brand guidelines (legal, privacy, content, etc.)
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices. 


  • BA/BS degree required
  • 2-3 years of experience managing multi-million-dollar campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube with a strong grasp of optimization practices, and retargeting.
  • Command of reporting through platforms including Google Analytics, Facebook Power Editor, various FMPs (AdPhorus, Smartly, etc.),
  • Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to make data-driven recommendations that help reach business goals
  • Understanding of how other Digital Media Channels (Display, Video, SEM, etc.) contribute to overall campaign success
  • Some knowledge of SQL and visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, a plus
  • Previous experience in marketing for travel services is a plus
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners
