We are currently recruiting for a Analyst, SEM/SEO Marketing to join the Marketing team in the Woodland Hills, CA office.

This hands-on role is responsible for measuring the success and effectiveness of large-scale SEM and SEO campaigns. This role requires an analytical mindset and a relentless drive to optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.  This individual will be a key component in the improvement and growth of our team’s performance within a dynamic and ever-changing environment. To be successful in this role you must be data-driven, innovative, adaptable, and resourceful.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately report on and analyze SEM & SEO campaign performance data and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Assist in execution, coordination, a/b/n testing, and troubleshooting of large-scale, multi-million-dollar SEM campaigns.
  • Produce recurrent (daily/weekly/etc.) SEM & SEO reporting.
  • Interface cross-functionally with customer database, analytics, yield, and technology teams, as well as 3<sup>rd</sup> party vendors, to streamline reporting and targeting.
  • Work closely with broader digital marketing and media buying team to understand and help attribute cross-channel performance drivers.
  • Ad hoc reporting and campaign optimization as determined by evolving business needs.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree required, preferably in a quantitative field.  
  • 6 months - 2 years of digital marketing experience, preferably SEM & SEO.
  • 1+ years of data analysis experience.
  • Must be well-versed in MS Excel and some understanding of SQL.
  • Experience with analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics/Adobe preferred.
  • Analytically-minded, with the ability to develop creatively as well.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Self-starter, yet a team player, with a strong work ethic, and a strong desire to learn.
  • Familiarity with bid management tools, such as Marin/Kenshoo/DoubleClick is a plus.
  • Previous experience in marketing in Travel industry is a plus.
  • Attention to detail, bordering on obsessiveness.
