We are currently recruiting for a Paid Social Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing team in the Woodland Hills, CA office.

This hands-on, entrepreneurial role is involved in all tasks in the day-to-day operations of massive Paid Social marketing program aimed at acquiring guests. This role requires an analytical mindset and a relentless drive to optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate has direct response Paid Social marketing experience and a solid understanding of customer acquisition tactics.  You should be very familiar with metrics like CPMs, CPC, CPA, CTR, and CLV. 

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day operations of Paid Social platforms, ensuring delivery of media to a consistently high standard, cost effective and in line with business targets
  • Continuous optimization of bid strategies and A/B testing of creative, ad unit, and landing pages to maximize conversion rates
  • Report on campaigns results through various platforms
  • Collaborate across channels to gather insights and help drive optimizations
  • Strictly adhere to strong quality assurance checklists and brand guidelines (legal, privacy, content, etc.)
  • Develop relationships with internal and external partners
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices. 

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree required
  • 1-3 years of experience managing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest with a strong grasp of optimization practices, and retargeting.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven recommendations that help reach business goals
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Power Editor, various FMPs (AdPhorus, Smartly, etc.) preferred
  • Previous experience in marketing for travel services is a plus
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners
