, ,We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to orchestrate high‑impact initiatives across our marketing data lake foundation, identity resolution, complex reporting and Adobe-powered customer journeys. You’ll bring discipline and momentum to complex, multi-team programs—turning strategy into shipped outcomes, on time and on budget.
Job Responsibilities:
- Own delivery end-to-end. Drive planning, tactical execution for data foundation, identity resolution engine and MarTech programs—scoping, schedule, dependencies, and quality—so we land outcomes on time and within budget.
- De‑risk the roadmap. Surface, track, and mitigate risks and blockers early; maintain RAID logs; keep leaders apprised of trade‑offs and decisions.
- Run a crisp Agile cadence. Lead sprint planning, daily standups, demos, and retros; remove impediments fast.
- Translate “why” into “what.” Convert business goals into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable success metrics.
- Stakeholder collaboration. Align marketing, data engineering, analytics, call center, IT, external vendors, and QA—driving clarity on priorities and handoffs. Create and update backlog requests across marketing in partnership with a large cross-functional team of stakeholders.
- Uplevel execution standards. Establish lightweight PMO guardrails, templates, and tooling (Jira/MS Project/Confluence/SharePoint) to ensure repeatable, high‑quality delivery.
- Manage budgets with intent. Track actuals vs. forecast, validate SOWs, and ensure resources are deployed where they create the most value.
- Lead change management. Plan comms, training, and adoption for new data capabilities, journeys, and reporting—minimizing disruption to BAU.
- Report what matters. Produce executive‑ready updates on status, outcomes, risks, and next decisions—clear, concise, and actionable.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: 10+ years in technical project/program management across MarTech, data engineering, data readiness, and customer experience initiatives.
- Methodologies: Deep Agile/Scrum experience and strong command of SDLC for data and integration work.
- Tools & tech: Proficiency with Jira and MS Project. Familiarity with data platforms and integrations (e.g., Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics), and Adobe Experience Cloud e.g., Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer is a plus.
- Leadership & influence: Proven ability to align diverse teams and vendors, drive decisions, and keep complex programs moving.
- Communication: Executive presence with excellent written and verbal skills; able to distill complexity into crisp updates.
- Problem‑solving: Bias to action, structured thinking, and a keen eye for detail.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast‑moving environment with shifting priorities.
- Customer‑centricity: Passion for enabling personalized, high‑quality digital experiences.

- Salary range $145,000-$160,000 annually determined by a myriad of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, individual qualifications and other relevant business considerations.
