Job Summary:
We have an opening for a Revenue Management Analyst to join our Revenue Management team at our corporate headquarters office in Woodland Hills, California. Reporting to our Director of River Revenue Management you will be responsible for influencing and supporting the revenue management strategy through pricing, inventory control, and data analysis.
This position is part of our hybrid workforce, and it is required to work from our Woodland Hills, CA headquarters three days per week (Mon/Weds/Thurs).
Responsibilities
- Manage pricing and inventory to support the yield management goals in the assigned markets based on supply and demand, booking curves, standard reports, competitive landscape, market conditions, data analysis, etc.
- Conduct quantitative analyses and create ad hoc reports and presentation decks for the senior management, including CMO, CEO, and the Board of Directors.
- Work closely with other teams such as Marketing, Sales, Call Center, Operations, and IT to implement projects within expected deadlines.
- Proofreading direct mailers, email campaigns, etc for accuracy in pricing before it is sent to our customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any of the following: Finance, Math, Statistics, Business Administration or other quantitative discipline
- Experience providing actionable insights to upper management and leadership
- Previous experience with Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUPs, IFs)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Database management skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred. Willingness to learn SQL is required.
- Prior experience with the travel industry, FP&A, or revenue management is preferred.
