Viking Cruises is recruiting a Revenue Management Analyst to join the Revenue Management team at our corporate headquarters office in Woodland Hills, CA.

The position reports into the Manager of Ocean Revenue Management. The Analyst will be responsible for influencing and supporting the yield management strategy through pricing, inventory control, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Manage pricing and inventory to support the revenue management goals in the assigned markets based on supply and demand, booking curves, standard reports, competitive landscape, market conditions, data analysis, etc.
  • Conduct quantitative analyses and create ad hoc reports and presentation decks for the senior management, including CMO, CEO, and the Board of Directors
  • Work closely with other teams such as Marketing, Sales, Call Center, Operations, and IT to implement projects within expected deadlines
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Math, Statistics, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of Excel and MS Office proficiency
  • Database management skills preferred but not required
  • Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred but not required
  • Prior experience with the travel industry, revenue management, NVS reservation system is a plus but not required
  • Must be a quick learner with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

This position is an IN THE OFFICE position. We are currently working a hybrid schedule 3 days per week in the office and 2 days remote. This hybrid schedule is subject to change based on business needs.
